Mr. P's Party Rentals helps families, schools, churches, and communities create fun events throughout North Central Texas. If you enjoy working outdoors, meeting people, and helping bring events to life, we are often looking for dependable team members to join us.

Our team delivers and sets up a wide range of equipment including bounce houses, combo inflatables, carnival games, fun food machines, tables and chairs, foam parties, and GellyBall events.

Delivery Driver

Delivery drivers are responsible for delivering, setting up, and picking up rental equipment at events. Drivers are often the main point of contact with customers and represent the company while on site.

Most delivery work happens on weekends. Drivers typically work split shifts, delivering equipment in the morning and returning later in the day to collect it.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and set up inflatables, games, food machines, and event equipment
  • Follow delivery schedules and timelines
  • Load and unload trailers safely
  • Provide friendly customer service at events
  • Return equipment safely at the end of the rental

Requirements

  • Clean cut, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Dependable transportation to and from work
  • Comfortable working outdoors in heat or cold
  • Ability to lift 150+ pounds using proper equipment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow GPS directions and work independently
  • Must carry a working cell phone for communication and driver app
  • Trailer towing experience preferred but not required

Part-time or seasonal drivers typically work 12-24 hours on weekends and may help with cleaning during the week depending on bookings. Weekly hours can range from 12-40+.

Delivery Assistant

Delivery assistants support drivers during deliveries and pickups. This role focuses on helping with setup, trailer loading, navigation, and customer interaction.

Like drivers, assistants usually work weekend split shifts with deliveries in the morning and pickups later in the day.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment
  • Help set up inflatables, games, and event equipment
  • Help drivers stay on schedule
  • Assist with navigation and logistics
  • Support customers during setup and pickup

Requirements

  • Clean cut, outgoing, and courteous personality
  • Dependable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 150+ pounds using proper equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Cleaning & Equipment Crew

The cleaning crew prepares equipment for upcoming events. This team sorts and cleans inflatables, games, and other rental items so they are ready for the next booking.

This position typically works Monday through Friday depending on workload and weather. Some crew members may also help staff events when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize inflatables and rental equipment
  • Sort equipment based on upcoming bookings
  • Inspect equipment for damage or repair needs
  • Help maintain warehouse and storage areas
  • Assist with event staffing when required
