1. Are Mr. P's Party Rentals insured, and do they comply with Texas state regulations?
Yes, Mr. P's Party Rentals is fully insured and complies with all Texas state regulations, including annual inspections. We prioritize safety and support industry standards to provide secure rentals for all Fort Worth bounce house rentals. Inspection tags and insurance forms are available upon request.
2. Do I need to sign a contract for Fort Worth party rentals?
Yes, a signed contract is required for all deliveries, including Fort Worth bounce house rentals. We will not deliver any equipment without a signed contract in place.
3. Who is responsible for marking unseen utilities during setup?
The renter or property owner is responsible for marking any unseen water, power, or sewer lines where the bounce house or other rental equipment will be set up. Mr. P's Party Rentals is not responsible for any damages to property resulting from unseen obstructions during setup.
4. What payment methods are accepted for Fort Worth bounce house rentals?
We accept cash, debit, or credit cards, as well as school, church, and business checks. Payments by credit or debit card must be made in advance, while checks from approved organizations may be paid at the time of delivery. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.
5. Is there a delivery fee for bounce house rentals in Fort Worth?
Delivery within our designated free delivery area is complimentary, but locations outside of this zone are subject to a delivery fee based on the distance. All orders also need to meet a minimum rental amount to qualify for delivery. Our booking system will automatically apply any necessary delivery fees or surcharges.
6. How much is the deposit for Fort Worth bounce house rentals, and is it refundable?
We require a $50 credit card deposit for all rentals. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be kept as a raincheck for up to one year from the cancellation date. In the event the booking was paid in full, $50 of the payment will be retained as a raincheck, while the rest may be refunded within three business days.
7. Do you charge taxes for bounce house rentals in Fort Worth?
Yes, we charge sales tax on all rentals in accordance with local and state laws. If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide a tax exemption certificate at least three days before your event to avoid paying sales tax.
8. What is your weather policy for Fort Worth bounce house rentals?
We will not set up inflatables if the wind exceeds 20 mph or if there is a 40% or greater chance of rain. For safety reasons, all bounce houses must be deflated during high winds. Deposits will be applied as a raincheck if an event is canceled due to rain, but full payment is non-refundable if it starts to rain after delivery.
9. What kind of surfaces can a bounce house be set up on?
We can set up bounce houses on level grass, asphalt, concrete, or indoor surfaces. We do not set up on gravel, rocks, or sand. Please make sure the setup area is clear of debris such as sticks, rocks, and animal waste to avoid damage to the equipment.
10. How close does the power source need to be for Fort Worth party rentals?
For each inflatable blower, a dedicated 110v outlet must be available within 75 feet of the setup area. Each rental comes with a 50-foot extension cord. If you have any concerns about power availability, please contact us to discuss options for your Fort Worth bounce house rentals.
11. What if I am planning to rent a water slide in Fort Worth?
If you are renting a water slide or other wet unit, the setup area must be within 75 feet of a water source. For events with multiple wet units, each unit will need its own water supply. Let our team know if you have any questions about setting up water slides in Fort Worth.
12. How large does the setup area need to be?
Our inflatables vary in size, ranging from 6 feet to 25 feet in height and up to 55 feet in length. Please ensure the setup area is open, level, and large enough to accommodate the rental. If you are unsure about the space requirements, feel free to ask when placing your order.
13. What time will you deliver my Fort Worth bounce house rental?
Most rentals are for an 8-hour period. Deliveries are generally scheduled between 10 AM and 2 PM, with exact times based on the day's schedule. Sometimes, deliveries may happen earlier, but this does not count against your rental time. Pick-up may occur up to three hours after the designated end time.
14. Can I pick up my bounce house rental?
For safety reasons, we do not allow customers to pick up bounce houses. Our professional team will handle all delivery, setup, and pick-up to ensure everything is done correctly. However, pick-up options are available for smaller items, such as tables, chairs, and fun food machines, by appointment only.
15. Do you offer overnight or multi-day bounce house rentals in Fort Worth?
Yes, we do offer overnight rentals. The rental will be picked up between 9 AM and 12 PM the next day, and the setup must be in a secure area. Overnight fees may apply. Mr. P's Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel overnight or multi-day rentals in cases of bad weather or emergencies.
16. Are there any special rules or guidelines I need to follow?
Yes, it is crucial to follow all guidelines included in your rental contract and displayed on the attraction itself. For example, using water on dry attractions or adding substances like soap, oil, or baby powder can incur additional cleaning fees. Please do not move the inflatables after our team has set them up.
