Free delivery is available within 30 miles of Lipan. Our regular delivery zone covers approximately a 40-mile radius. If your postcode is outside this area, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Weather Policy
For safety reasons, we cancel outdoor setups with a forecast showing a 40% or greater chance of rain. In these cases, you may reschedule your rental for a later date. If delivery has already taken place and rain begins, full payment remains non-refundable.
We also cancel setups when sustained winds reach 25 mph or higher to ensure the safety of guests and equipment.
Cleaning & Safety
All games are cleaned and sanitised after every rental. Items may also be spot-cleaned on site as needed. Our team ensures the game is set up safely and ready for use before leaving.
