Rental Time and Delivery
Most rentals are available for up to eight (8) hours unless a different duration is stated. Free delivery is available within 30 miles of Lipan, with our regular delivery area extending approximately 40 miles. Locations outside the standard zone may still be available for an additional delivery charge, so please ask us for a quote.
Weather, Cleaning and Safe Setup
Outdoor setups may be cancelled when the forecast shows a 40% or greater chance of rain, with the option to reschedule for a later date. If delivery has already taken place and rain subsequently begins, full payment remains non-refundable. We also cancel outdoor setups in winds of 25 mph or higher for the safety of guests and equipment.
Rental equipment is cleaned and sanitised after every booking and may receive additional spot cleaning on site when necessary. Our team will make sure the game is properly positioned and secured before use.
