Rental Requirements   Ground - All inflatables must be secured on level ground: grass, asphalt, concrete or indoors. Customer should ensure the setup location is clear of all sticks, rocks, animal droppings, or any other sharp objects that could damage the attraction. It is the customers’ responsibility to mark any and all inground water, telephone or power lines. Power Supply - A dedicated 110v plug, per unit, must be within 75’ of the setup location. Water Supply - If your rental is a wet unit we must be within 100’ of a water source. Unit Dimension Requirements - Inflatables should be set up in an open, level area. Attractions can range from 11’-22’ and more in height and 15’-55’ or more in length. If your set up area is a concern inquire at the time of order placement. Dimensions can also be found on the attaction pages.

Inclement Weather Even the weather man has problems predicting what the day will be like. So we better share a few safety rules when it comes to bad weather. WIND - We’ve all seen those news stories of “flying bounce houses”. Even though we secure our units properly, we will not be able to set up in winds 20 mph or more for the safety of your guests. In the event of increased wind during your rental, have the jumpers exit and deflate the unit until the wind dissipates before re- entering RAIN - Sorry but no rental will be allowed with a 40% or more chance of rain in the forecast. In the event of rain we  will cancel your outside setup and refund any previously paid deposit. If it rains during set up, full rental charges will apply.

Are you Insured? The State of Texas Requires It! Yes, we are a fully insured business. As required by the State of Texas, we are also registered with the Texas Department of Insurance and each unit has been inspected by law. Insurance and Inflatable tags are presented upon request.

What is your delivery area?

We gladly serve Hood, Somerville, Erath, Palo Pinto, Parker counties and beyond. A maximum of 35 miles from Lipan is considered our free  delivery area. Requests beyond the delivery area will be subject to a delivery fee.

Is there a minimum or delivery charge?

Rentals less than $110 combined will be subject to a delivery charge. Any agreed rental outside our regular delivery area is subject to a delivery fee.

Can I pick up my rental to save money?

Inflatables - Sorry, but it is our dedication to your safety and your guests that we do not allow pick ups. Rest in knowing your rental is securely set up so you can truly enjoy the event. Fun Food Machines - Yes, pick ups are available by appointment only. Call for more details.

Can I keep my rental overnight?

Call for more information on overnight requests or consecutive day rentals. Decisions are based on other scheduled rentals, the area, weather and more.

How long can I keep my rental?

Our normal rentals are for eight hours from the time set up is completed and the contract is signed. Inflatables are typically picked up no later than 10:00 p.m. Rentals can be set up eariler dependent on rental deliveries for that day and picked up as early as 30 minutes prior to your contracted agreement.

How do you set up the rental?

All units will be accompanied by a tarp when outside to protect the attraction and your property. Industry standard stakes, and at times, sand bags will be used to secure an attraction. Indoor rentals will be sand bagged.
